The Secret to Doubling the Life Expectancy of Your Labradoodle Puppies (And Other breeds)
We are killing our dogs. Most of us are blissfully unaware
that we are doing this and assume that, when our beloved pets die from some
wasting, including old age, that it was beyond our control. Unfortunately, this
just is not true. Labradoodle puppies
are from the finest breeds in the world. They are a mixture of Labrador
retrievers and poodles. Those two breeds are the most intelligent, well mannered,
and loyal breeds. It would be a shame not to do everything in our power to help
them live to their full potential. Here are three basic facts about our Labradoodle puppies, or any breed, that
many of us did not know.
- The average life expectancy of a dog in the U.S. is 11 years. In some countries, it is less and in others, they can be expected to live up to 15 years. Before you say, WOW… 15 years is a long time for a dog, consider this. It is a proven, scientific fact that a dog's lifespan is supposed to be 27 years.
- Even though your dog can live for twenty-seven years, it will not simply because of what is in the food that we give them. This includes the puppy chow that we feed our loving and loyal Labradoodle puppies. It is not our fault unless you consider that we do not take the time to learn what the ingredients of dog food really are.
- Even if we learned what is in dog food, we would still end up losing our loving dogs too early. A bag of dog food that reads all natural with no chemicals added still contains chemicals. Legally, they can make this claim because they do not add the chemicals.
Killing Them Softly
The dog food companies that make the dog and puppy chow that
we feed our Labradoodle puppies and
other breeds purchase their ingredients from other companies. If the
"other companies" treat those ingredients with chemicals, the
ingredients last longer and mix better. This means that those "other
companies" can make more money from ingredients that are chemically treated.
Dog food companies purchase the chemically treated ingredients because they
cost less. As long as it is not the dog food companies that add the chemicals,
they can use a loophole in the law and claim that their food is all natural and
chemical free.
Feeding Our Dogs Death
A Labradoodle puppy is a hale and hearty specimen that can
live up to thirty (30) years. This is three years longer than the average life
expectancy of a dog that grows up and lives under optimal conditions.
Unfortunately, optimal conditions have not existed naturally on this planet for
thousands of years. The presence of man contaminated those conditions and it is
only getting worse. Our Labradoodle
puppies need five things to grow into strong and healthy dogs that will
live up to their full potential.
- Love: We can give our Labradoodle puppies plenty of this. They make it easy.
- Exercise: If you have a ball, a rope, a Frisbee, and some time, you have this beat as well.
- Shelter: Hey, my Labradoodle puppies sleep in bed with my wife and I. Hers on the top part of her pillow and mine under the covers at my feet.
- Water: Fresh water is important. We ran a water hose over a tree limb and into a bucket. We turn it on so that it runs at a very slow drip. The result is a full bucket of fresh, cool water constantly without running up the water bill.
- Chemical free food: this is the one thing that is hard to control. It is not impossible though if you are willing to do your research. Your Labradoodle puppies are well worth it.
Labradoodle Puppies
For Life
If you take care of your Labradoodle puppies, they will live to be the best pets that you
could possibly have. They are a loving, loyal, and highly trainable breed. A
few hours of research and taking notes is all that is required to ensure you
give you Labradoodle puppies the
best food available for a long and loving life.
